My Anafi controller stopped working back in March of this year (2021). It would appears as though there is a USB port fault with the controller (which from reading the forums and comments appears to be a common fault). Considering I’ve only used my Parrot Anafi around 20 times, and then for the controller to have stopped working it is extremely disappointing. I contacted Parrot’s customer service. Parrot’s customer service told me that my warranty claim has been approved by their investigations team, and that I needed to do this via the “point of sale”. We purchased our Parrot Anafi drone from our seller (drones direct). And when I contacted them, they told me that they are awaiting information from Parrot Anafi. So basically, drones direct and parrot keep going round in circles with the same response (like they are using it as a way of replacing faulty goods). If you don’t mind using your drone without a controller, then this is the perfect drone for you. If you want to be able to control your drone with controller, then search for another brand .
