First, this product will be shipped from China. Expect a 2 weeks shipment. Second, there are multiple complaints through the EPA about causing seizures and in some cases Death. I did not do my research before purchasing. Ten minutes after putting n my dog, he went into a violent seizure. I purchased four collars. I then did my research to find out about the numerous issues that Dr Paws is ignoring. I guess being over seas they get away with not warning customers. I contacted Dr Paws and they insisted i send a video of this seizure. As if i was going to film it instead of going to his aid. They then would not refund my money even though I offered to send all the product back. You have been warned.
