Wanted to order the 6 Daily Multi Vitamin on the Black Friday promotion only to find out that is was out of stock. I contacted customer service to find out if they would honor the promotion if the item does not come in during this promotional period. I received a reply from customer service that same day and was told that they would check on it and get back to me. A few days after the promotion ended and contacted them to find out the status of my inquiry. Customer service responded that a list was being set up for those unable to purchase the product due to an out of stock situation and that I would be placed on that list, and when it comes back in stock, I would be able to use the one time promotional offer to purchase it.
