Good and bad to report here. I was not supplied with invoice and the links to tracking did not work. I was somewhat deceived because the seller was 'Kogan/Dick Smith'. Of course that latter has nothing to do with Dick Smith these days. After reading many poor reviews I became convinced I had been scammed. I lodged a protest via PAY PAL who responded immediately. Within a hour I heard from the sellers and the phones were delivered shortly after. It's a problem that there is no customer service phone or email published. Anyway to the phones...both worked in good order and though advertised as Australian there was some evidence they had a prior life in Singapore and had been unlocked. Beware for all may not be as it seems...My story ended all right but next time I will look elsewhere. I suggest you read there online reviews by others. There are plenty, and many not so good.
