so here is what happened. I checked their webiste for a "5 star mega yacht dinner" with an all in for food and drinks, jacuzzi/pool access. When i arrive the first floor with AC had no hygiene , smelly and packed of people like in a cage. the food was tasteless , there was no jacuzzi/pool and our night was completely ruined . We had to wait until the nightmare ended and as soon as we left that yacht we had to go and get something to eat and try to make up for our moods. not even 24 hours before the event I call and ask for a resolution , the person that answers on the phone number 055727545 was very rude and says there was not a jacuzzi included in the package and then rudely hangs up . I login to their webpage chat and get the same answer, they were excusing themselves that because i had not said about the problem immediately in the moment when my mood was ruined they would not resolve anything and they never did! I dont recommed to anyone seeing this webpage to take their false advestisement i have proof of the chats and conversations i had with the person in charge saying to me there was jacuzzi and pool access. completely UNDERSOLD and completely unfair and a mess of lies. NO RECOMMENDATION AT ALL> i contacted them through phone, chat, whatsapp, and email and never got any customer care or even try to resolve the problem not even an apology!!
