I bought a net curtain yesterday st Chelmsford shop and found very little choice available as most in short supply. Having finally found one long enough said I Wanted 46’ drop but not available and advised to get 45’ as nearest.
On hanging found it too short so phoned re exchanging and told no as nets are a cut length, despite advice given by staff member … Very disappointed in customer service!
