When did Dunnes change the use by date of their grocery vouchers. I went to do my shopping today after a huge spend on 4/2/24, thinking I had €50 in vouchers (with a spend of €2’00 & €50)) when I looked at my app there were no vouchers available.
I phoned the Beacon only to be told it changed months ago, from the most apathetic customer service rep. She could not have cared less about my complaint.
Things are expensive enough without this rip-off attitude from Dunnes Stores. I think they are getting very complacent about their customer satisfaction.
