You were not interested in this and left my garden in a mess! Your survey should have highlighted the foundation requirements and as per you salesman’s speech. Dunraven knew the developers sites as you work with all of them and know the site. Absolute B/S. It makes me wonder if I was to pay the additional cost what else would have been added on? It was not a case of being in my budget or not!
