Polite and keen staff at the Royal Welsh Show this year so made an appointment for an in person quotation.
Phone calls on the morning of 2 of the arranged appointments were made by a representative to postpone the visit giving rather weak excuses.
On the 3rd occasion (today) no one showed up and no courtesy call made.
Lack of commitment and professionalism from customer services doesn’t give one confidence in the company’s ability to deliver the goods.
Looking at other poor reviews I think we have had a lucky escape!
