We ordered a pair of boots and they arrive but we they were too small, our fault. I emailed them and they could not have been more helpful and responsive to arrange for them to be returned and a new pair of a different size dispatched. It was seamless and they were excellent. You can trust her return policy and they are people that really seem to want to deliver a good service. Well done all. Dr Ian
