£5 return fee in addition to shipping costs!! I used their online videos to measure calf size in order to make sure I had the right fit, however their instruction videos didn’t help at all because when the boots arrived they didn’t fit around the calf. I’ve requested to return the boots and not only do I have to pay return shipping costs, but in addition there is a £5 handling fee!! I’ve never heard of a company charging something like this for a return- while other clothing companies make the returns process easy with Duoboots it is expensive and difficult. Will not be buying again!
