Received my Durovin shower door with a crucial profile missing. Not only did I spend unnecessary time finding a replacement, but they also proposed a £45 courier charge for their oversight. Expected better, but then after reading their numerous bad reviews, I should have done my homework. When you engage with a subpar company, expect suboptimal service.
