I’ve ordered from dusk a few times but will never again. The first thing I ordered was bedsheets. They basically immediately developed odd stains which wouldn’t come out. I assumed this was just bad luck and had to throw them out, I ordered a replacement set. The sheet that arrived was dirty, they eventually offered a discount. About ten months later the sheet developed a massive tear and was worn. I contacted them and they said this was “normal wear and tear”. I pointed out the sheet was supposed to be high quality, priced at £50 and their website had highlighted as “lasting years and years” and this was less than a year old. They eventually gave me a refund. Now the pillowcase stitching has come undone- I probably won’t bother contacting them again but these were very expensive sheets that I have had multiple issues with so overall very poor quality. I also bought some furniture, which was delayed by weeks with no communication. Very slow customer response. I ultimately returned the entire order because I didn’t want to deal with the company any longer. I would say I have cumulatively had more interactions with the customer service at this company than I have had with all other retailers combined.
