Useless
Waited TWO WEEKS for delivery of a ‘in-stock’ tv unit. Finally arrived today and a handyman came out to assemble it.
It’s missing parts, namely screws. No contact number to call at all and needed to raise a support ticket.
I don’t have much hope of getting a response given they’ve IGNORED 2 emails sent last week re delivery.
Do not use this company. Absolutely hopeless!
No idea what to do from here.
