5* are not enough, Duty Free Crystal always goes over, above & beyond other companies in all aspects, especially on communication as they are exemplary. Products always arrive timely & safely. How sad, that a company that has given such magnificent service for 39 years, has been treated so poorly by Swarowski. You would think, with a succesful, basically franchise, Swarowski would keep them close as they showcase their products brilliantly & affordably. Instead of which Swarowski seem frightened, greedy & power hungry, deciding not to do business with Duty Free Crystal. Which In my mind, is absolute madness, stupidity & cutting their own throats.
