Crystal arrived one week after order placed, this included a weekend so all in all not a bad delivery time......and just in time for me to take it back to New Zealand with me. Crystal was well packaged including boxed and a gift bag, just as you would get at a high street store. Impressed with that. Love the annual Christmas bauble. I have recommend Duty Free Crystal to my family in the UK and they will now use them to buy gifts etc. There has been regular communication from Duty Free Crystal and I loved the thank you message from them that arrived with my crystal.
