like most apartment insurance i checked, i was disappointed to find the property part is mandatory and liabilty is optional whereas in my situation at the age of 70 i find most of my stuff to be low value but my landlord insists on having liability. shouldnt this be a legal matter? every chance i get when i go to the osgoode law social i'll ask.
