2 weeks ago I called them for advice over a piece of furniture. They never called back, also they didn't send the samples I requested.
I said to them I will hold on placing the order as I wanted to know all the facts. Anyway, after receiving no information from them, I decided placing the order today and risk the cost of sending it back, if the item wouldn't fit.
Now it has gone up on price and they don't want to admit that I will be paying more money because of their lack of customer service.
