I purchased a neopixle mystery box back in October 2023 and recieved a basic one instead. This happened IN PERSON. I made note of the error in via email November and was promised a new saber.....its now January 2024. You do the math. Promises of tommorow became next week. I didn't want to have to leave a bad review but this is passed ridiculous now.
