I purchase a buy 2 get one mystery box from Comic Palooza in Houston in May 2024. not only was communication very poor but they lied to me about shipping because after several emails requesting information they never gave me shipping details and my items never showed up. I ended up disputing the transaction. this was after almost 6 weeks of waiting.
