Purchase a custom order from them, its been 6 months and I haven't received anything besides a tracking number with no delivery date.
Met them at a convention in June, told me to buy a custom saber I had to first purchase a random saber beforehand. Major red flag but I really wanted a certain saber. Apparently that saber I wanted isn't even included in custom options, their presentation was misleading but whatever.
Week after the convention had to contact them myself to talk about the custom saber. Eventually told them I wanted a refund, they kept stringing me along to "solve" my issue. Told me they'll give me what I wanted for my inconvenience. They stop replying since Oct 17 I believe.
I'm posting here to ensure people at least understand what they're getting into. Out of 30 years-ish of life, this is my first negative review. I normally don't say anything.
