Ordered 2 phone cases, one of which was custom. The custom one came in a terrible colour- it was meant to be beige with green and pink and the whole thing was tones of purple. I contacted customer service, who first offered me a discount if I wanted to keep it. I do not. I asked to return it. They asked me to pay for return shipping. I have explained that the error is on their side as the item is faulty, but they still insist I pay for return shipping. I have ordered several items from them over the years, but will not be ordering again. What rubbish service!
