Incredibly cheeky and untrustworthy. They sent me a wrong item. I contacted them and when they finally came back to me, they said “We have a stock error on the iPhone 11 clear case at the moment, and to save delay I upgraded the order to a black edge impact case free of charge, in order to ship this out to you.”. But the one I received was the same price as what I ordered. I just got the wrong thing without being asked. What is “upgrade” about then? And now, I don’t hear from them anymore. I’m not sure if I can get the right item or a refund. My guess is neither…
