Took 2 courses for me and my partner - mortgage advisor. Had bad emergency few days after having a look at the course so asked to cancel few days after. They refused to refund or cancel due to code being redeemed!!!
Very bad customer service - great when wanting to sell!!
Very difficult to speak to someone!!
Require proof of any problems due to wanting to cancel course!!
Appalling!!
Strongly advise not to use!!!
