The system works very well, and when issues do arise the e-days team are keen to help or put the item on the future development list. Some of these developments do appear in time, and is good to see that feedback is taken seriously.
The reason I can't give the top score is that the basic functionality could be better. The way leavers entitlement is handled, reporting to be able to report on all settings from the back end, automatic calculations should be more dynamic and be able to handle a lot more than it currently can.
