Couldn't find my policy, when they finally did said my horse wasn't insured for death. It states on my original document that he is. I've paid 9,500 in insurance to this company who have refused to cover costs. Hard enough time as it is without having to go through this stress aswell. Disgusting, happy enough to take your money but not to help in any way!
