Having purchased my Banjo from these fine people last year, I thought I would get a couple of spares from them too. Good prices and fast delivery for quality items as usual. Unfortunately, the spare Banjo strings that arrived as part of my order were the incorrect item. A quick call to the company and a very helpful Jules resolved my problem very efficiently and was a pleasure to deal with. New strings arrived very quickly with no fuss or bother.
