Superb and quick service as usual from Eagle Music. Out of the box, my new Eagle II banjo certainly looked the part. The build quality is superb and the finish is beautiful showing off the attention to detail. As an intermediate player, this instrument is a leg-up for me. From the outset, I found the banjo 'spoke' to me and my playing sounded at a whole new level. Individual notes were clean and crisp and the accuracy up the fretboard was excellent with the high notes ringing out clearly. As well as the 3-finger style I play a little clawhammer which shows off the versatility of the instrument. This is my banjo for life, a pleasure to own and a joy to play. It is a tribute to the designers who have my sincere admiration. The Eagle II has to be played to be fully appreciated.
