I purchased a Gold Tone AC-12 banjo and I’m over the moon with both the quality of my new banjo and the customer service and communication by Eagle Music throughout the shipping process; with Matt emailing me promptly after I ordered to inform me that there would be a slight delay in shipping due to them waiting to receive my order from their supplier. Upon receiving the instrument, the set up provided was second to none and my banjo was ready to play after unboxing, being a definite upgrade from my previous banjo! I would definitely recommend Eagle Music!
