I ordered a tenor banjo on a Monday and it was delivered on the Wednesday. It arrived fully set up and in tune. There are a couple of nice touches on the set up. The arm rest is snug up to the tail piece and the corners on the bridge are rounded off. Ideal for playing Irish music. Great to deal with someone who takes care to ensure that the instrument is set up correctly and focussed on the musical style it is designed for. Eagle are definitely streets ahead of your average high street music shop.
