Waiting on a replacement for an incorrect item I ordered in October of 21. I have been sent 2 incorrect items then a “back order “ excuse then they told me the warehouse was shut down for reorganization but it’s March of 22. I’m not giving up out of principal. I will pester and bother Eaglemoss until this is fixed. Customer service reps on the phone do not give 2 flips about their job. Emailed customer support and they responded “Hi [name]” they could not bother cutting and pasting my actual name on the email response. Just incredible
