The trust test of customer service is what happens when things go wrong: After my new door was fitted, I realised that the frame was the wrong colour. Yorkshire Doors immediately apologised and put it right, without quibbling. They refitted the frame about 10 days later, with great workmanship and a professional, cheerful manner. Can't recommend them enough.
