The website is fairly easy to use and standard p & p is always free regardless of order size which is brilliant. The items came within the expected 3 - 5 days. I ordered a 'stick on' chalkboard which is actually really good - hadn't really known what to expect so took a punt - and it was easy to put up; nice and sticky. I also ordered a 'liquid chalk' pen to use on it which is ok but the nib is fraying after only a couple of uses so slightly disappointed with the quality of that.
