After buying a "white" pen (according to the sales staff) from our nearest "on the high st" shop (30 miles each way) we returned home to discover it was in fact silver. We telephoned the shop and requested an exchange which they agreed to if we posted back (and included SAE). Cost of original pen was 3.99. Postage cost further 2.60. They returned a completely different and inappropriate pen which was no good for the task and have ignored attempts to contact them. In the end we "wrote it off" and ordered from easichalk. Got what we wanted and at a fraction of the cost with such speedy service. Wish we'd bought from you in the first place.
