Worst company I've ever dealt with. Ripped me off with 550 GBP and lied bluntly when I requested my money back. Worst customer service ever!
Said the agreement was for a deposit and nothing more. I trusted Ana, the branch manager in Manchester, and a charge of 550GBP was made.
Ohh and Eairent-spare me with your generic reply about not attaching my ref number. I don't want to hear from you ever again. Scammers!!
