Easirent at DDW is a joke!! Waited at the rental car center after taking the shuttle from DFW and no one showed up. Had a nephew playing in the Division 2 National Football Championship at McKinney. Had to get to the game!! Called the shuttle
Pickup number - no answer. Picked the choice to talk to the Easirent location - no answer. Called several times and no answer. Finally went to the Hertz desk and had car in a few minutes.
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
