The worst car renting experience ever!
The staff in Crown Plaza, Birmingham is so rude and unhelpful. He is so unprofessional and he pretended not to be able to read the driving license that has Alphabet on it! What a shame!!!
The service extremely sucks. Better to stay away from Easirent because it is NOT EASY to RENT AT ALL.
