ZERO STARS!!
We had a prepaid reservation (lesson learned…) and arrived at the airport to find Easirent had no counter. I called and they told me we had to rent an Uber to go to their building 15 minutes from the airport since their shuttle stopped running almost 2 hours before they closed. It was a mess trying get there before they closed and we were too late. They wouldn’t reimburse us so I’m trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Absolutely horrible experience… would never recommend this company to anyone.
