Rented at DFW because all major companies had no cars. Waited in the hot sun and then inside for at least 30 minutes. A small Mercedes van comes and the driver says no cars, wait is 2 hours...sounds just like Fox Rental Car. So I went back inside and got the last car for $$$$$ at Ace.
Never again will I rent from them nor should you. If they cannot operate on the up and up close the doors.
