Why is there no zero star option???
The Heathrow office refused to accept a booking through a car hire company. So knowing we had to other options they held us to ransom. Firstly in booking the 'replacement' car, most likely the one that we had already booked at an exorbitant price. Secondly requiring £1500 excess hold, which who has that much???....forcing us to pay more for the rental to bring the price down. Sounds and feels super dodgy......do not hire from this company!
