If you have booked with these guys, run away whilst you still can. I booked a car in Manchester with Easirent. They entice you with cheap car hire and then bombard you with hidden costs. I got to the offices and there was a huge queue and lots of disgruntled customers waiting in the room for their cars. Only 2 ladies on the counter who were also turning people away who didn’t have their deposit on their credit cards which was the extortionate rate of £1250. Some even had utility bills. Alarm bells started to ring and I left the queue and got an uber to my destination. Having looked at the bad reviews since, it seems I made the right decision. Do not use this company for car hire.
