AVOID. Picked car up at Luton airport offsite office. They take £1250 deposit. I failed to spot scuff marks on an alloy wheel at this time. When I dropped the car back the staff member checked the car and went directly to the front nearside wheel and recorded the marks. I think he knew they were there! I had to sign again acknowledging the marks which I told him I had not caused. If I had not signed then bye bye full deposit. A week later there is £325 charge on my credit card. No notification of the charge was received. The standard response is - you signed the documents. This is no doubt well rehearsed and repeated. Reported to trading standards and hoping this review and hundreds more like it will get this outfit shut down. SCAMMERS
