I hired from them 2 cars in the last 3
Weeks, on the first rental they made me rebook car last minute or pay £70 for
Insurance which is 400 %higher than the car hire price, and all that because I arrived 30 minutes before pickup....
On my second rental I had a flat tire, they towed my car away and I never got the car back but they charged me for the full amount of the rental and for the damage I’m now taking legal action against them
