Car booked in London London Stansted. Flight was delayed due to the traffic in the air and we were sitting in the plain to take off.
When we arrived we were 2 hours delayed from the time we booked the car from.
Called them to pick us up and the guy at the reception advised that they had no car for us as we were late and the car was given to someone else.
I had no time to argue with the receptionist at that moment as he said already he had no cars so PLEASE be aware of my situation and don't use this company for car reservations as you might finish with no car at 10 o'clock evening with you child already exhausted after delayed journey.
Absolutely poor customer service in 2018 when receptionist can check for the delayed flights and wait at least few hours.
