ARRIVED AT July 12 Belf int air for my car rental first you have to call a number (3 times) and then wait for someone to collect you and drive 20 min or more to a shabby ,dirty ,smelly portable cabin where after after taking my credit card details I was told i did not have proof of residency in the UK, I live in the USA ,i only had a passport,credit card ,driving Licence all same name and address but it was not good for rental . the staff where rude and could not care about anything ,I have never been in such a smelly dirty port a cabin with a bunch of con men . I have not heard from the company as it is impossible to call and complain ,the call center is in Eastern Europe and always busy
