The booking instructions told me to go to the drop off area at Birmingham Airport so I went there from the train station only to be told to go back to the train station where I would be met and taken to the office. After 45 minutes and 3 phone calls I was finally collected and taken to the office where I was asked for a deposit of £1500!! I could have done this with a debit card, but they insisted on a credit card which I couldn't do so they refused to let me have the car I booked and left me stranded at their office.
I should point out that two other people had similar issues while I was there and were also unable to rent the car they had booked.
They may be cheaper than other companies but there's a reason for that. My advice would be to steer well clear.
