They then asked us to pay 386 pounds extra to make the problem go away, which I didn´t have. My 9 year old daughter and I were then left at midnight, stuck in the middle of a pitch black industrial estate. We eventually got a taxi back to Stoke on Trent costing 99.90 pounds. The couple in front of us in the que, were also asked to pay extra for another reason and were exceptionally upset, but paid the extra. I have rented cars all my life and have never encounted such cowboy practices. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE.
