I've been ordering from EastEssence for about a year now, and I'm through with getting inconsistent dress lengths. I order one length each and every time, and for whatever reason, I always get sent multiple different dress lengths. Additionally, you can never get Uzma on the phone. Why is there one person answering the sales and customer service line for ALL customers? This company services customers worldwide, so why would the phone service be handed to one person to manage? They are two different departments for one, and secondly, it is not a one-person job. They need more people to address customer's concerns. Please find a better way to measure customers' dress lengths that they request for better satisfaction. We have to wait weeks before getting our items due to paying for the lengths we want, so when the dresses come to us shorter than what we paid for, that's a serious problem. I've called EastEssence over 20 times in one day (Friday), and I could not reach Uzma or anyone else. Again, she's the only one who services customers, which may be why she could not answer. Either way, it's ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS buying from and calling this business. Why waste the time!
