The customer service from Eastwood Homes is outstanding. Robert, Bryan, and Amanda are true professionals and are great to work with.
The quality of the construction is average. My wife and I worked with three builders since 2003 to build new homes and the quality of the construction at 616 Winter Walk Lane is by far the worst. As an example, very few of the walls are straight, some of the electrical outlets are vertical and some horizontal, and the main carrying beam between the kitchen and family room is crooked..
