We are very happy with the house. Good materials, good workmanship, hassle free experience. Jan Barrese and Bob Starke were excellent to work with, very helpful and professional. My only issue is Eastwood's policy on interior paint. I would have gladly paid an additional upfront fee to have the interior painted in our choice of colors. Now I am paying $3000 in labor and materials to have the interior re-painted in our color choice. Having the whole interior painted all white or all tan does not work for us and as I am learning, not for a lot of others. Makes the house look like a rental unit. You should reconsider this.
